UPDATE: 25TH MARCH 2020

We have taken the decision to close our workshops in Bath, Bristol, Exeter & Trowbridge completely until the Government allows shops in general to re-open.

We are aware of the Government "exceptions" to allow Bicycle shops to remain open and understand the rationale behind their decision and the advice they received from the Bicycle Association, however after much debate, we decided that the risk was too great to our staff even following all of the guidelines stipulated.

We would hope that you that you continue to ride safely when you can and we will be posting "how to" videos of our own and others to give you the best advice possible to do so.

We hope to see you all on the Sunny Side for a Ride,

The Julian House Bike Workshop team.

Dear amazing customers,

Due to the current Coronavirus crisis, regrettably, our shops will be closed with immediate effect. The well-being of our staff and customers is our top priority so we have decided to close our stores to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These closures will go into effect from Monday, March 23 until further notice. We are taking additional steps, including staggered work schedules, social distancing and additional safety and cleaning steps to help protect and support our staff.

All customers with bikes in our care will be contacted on how to collect and or pay for your service. Bikes which have not been worked on yet, you will be contacted with the option of having the work done or collecting the bike.

We are able to take payment over the phone and we will ensure all bikes are wiped down before handing over.

If you would like to support the critical work that Julian House does, please visit www.julianhouse.org.uk and donate.
