The Bergamont Bicycles Sweep Automatix Gent is a city bike. The all-aluminum frameset, light and stiff, is the base for a novel build, with some appealing and unusual touches. SRAM’s Automatix two-speed hub gear shifts automatically once you reach a certain velocity; for the Sweep, this is set to 18km/hour. A fork-mounted front carrier is included, wide and with a wooden plank base. Other, more traditional accessories include a chainguard and set of full mudgaurds for wet-weather riding.
A very interesting city bike.
